Mahavir Group's - ŠKODA Car Dealership - takes pride in being one of the leading Car Dealers of the Czech Car-maker ŠKODA. Mahavir Group's - ŠKODA Car Dealership began its journey in 2002, in Hyderabad.

It specialises in selling and servicing passenger cars. Mahavir Group was launched in 1991 and has completed around 3 decades of operations as a pioneer dealer of various automobile brands. It has succeeded in setting a network standard that has been a benchmark amongst all automobile dealerships.

We handled the brand for over 4 years, before helping them set-up an internal team to handle the required digital marketing activities.

Objectives

The broad goals included but were not limited to generate web traffic & leads along with reputation management in the states of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana & Odisha. So, right from the Creative Campaigns that adhered to the ŠKODA Brand Guideline, to complete Digital penetration, we worked on a tailor-made strategy.

  • After all the back-end research, the first task was to establish a seamless channel of communication for customer Feedback.
  • To drive qualified leads from online & offline promotions for sales of new & pre-owned Cars and generate car servicing leads.
  • To use the website to cut hiring costs by optimising the Career Page for candidates that were looking for jobs in this sector.
  • To reach potential customers in Andhra pradesh, Telangana & Odisha.
  • To achieve the best Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) across all channels.



Results

With the new website that we developed, we were able to create a seamless system to receive customer feedback. This helped in customers directly interacting with the dealer, and there was a substancial decline in the negative comments on various third-party chaneels like Google & Facebook.

By the end of the 2nd quarter, the website gained 373% more traffic compared to the smilar data from the previous website analytics.

All the 20 keywords that were undertaken for SEO began showing up on Page 1 of Google Search Engine. In fact, by the end of 18 months, most of these keywords were in top 5 results of Google Search Engine. And 3 of these keywords were at the #1 spot.
