In 2010, he co-founded, What’s In a Name – South India’s leading Full-service Advertising & Digital Marketing Agency. He heads Strategy, Operations, Creative Direction & Digital Marketing. Apart from being a published author of the business book, Start The F*ck Up, he is also a Mentor (Branding & Digital Marketing) with IIT Bombay, T-Hub & Osmania Technology Business Incubator.

Later, she joined an advertising agency as an Account Director. In 2010, she co-founded, What’s In a Name – South India’s leading Full-service Advertising & Digital Marketing Agency. She has also been a Former Secretary of the Ad Club of Hyderabad. She heads Research, Marketing, Media Planning & Business Development.
