Google Analytics is the most robust web analysis tool in the market. It has an active user base of over 30 million websites and is increasing. Being a premium digital marketing agency in Hyderabad, we’ve been at the forefront of empowering our clients with top-notch marketing analysis using Google Analytics 4 (GA4). GA4 is more powerful than its predecessors loaded with extra features that help your business with strong marketing insights.

GA4 replaced Universal Analytics on July 1, 2023. But your existing Universal Analytics properties can continue collecting data without interruptions. So, add a new GA4 property and it’ll work seamlessly along with the old properties.

Key differences between Universal Analytics & Google Analytics 4
  1. Predictive metrics: Using Google’s machine learning model, GA4 can predict a user’s future purchase decision and revenue.
  2. Privacy guards: Cookie-less data measurement and non-storage of IP addresses in GA4 ensures that website owners collect data ethically.
  3. User tracking: You can now have a complete picture of the user journey and conversions in GA4 instead of the older session-based tracking.
  4. Multi-platform data analysis: GA4 fetches data also from Android and iOS apps along with websites.
Uses of Google Analytics 4
  1. Analysis of user behaviour across platforms and devices.
  2. Boosting marketing campaign performance.
  3. Analysis and boosting e-commerce performance.
  4. Defining accurate customer personas.
  5. Creating effective SEO strategies.
